  • 200 grams of flour 00
  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of rose essence
  • Red food coloring
  • Heart-shaped sugar for decoration

Take a bowl and break the eggs into that adding sugar. Whip it all with the help of electric whisk until the mixture is thoroughly swollen. Add the melted butter, but at room temperature and then the vanilla extract and rose. If you like you can also add the red food coloring to make them even more on the subject. Now Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, stir and then add gradually to the egg and sugar.
